As parents ourselves, we know that choosing a soft play centre can be a big decision. What makes one different from another? Here are three key things we believe every parent should look for:

• Visible Cleanliness: A clean environment is a safe environment. Don’t be afraid to look around. The equipment, tables, and facilities should be visibly well-maintained.
• Engaged Staff: Are the team members actively supervising and interacting, or are they disengaged? A happy and attentive team is often a sign of a well-run establishment.
• A Great Café: Let’s be honest, the experience is for parents too! A good selection of quality coffee, snacks, and meals can turn a good day out into a great one.
