General Questions

We are open from 9am to 6pm on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and from 10am to 7pm on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Please note that holiday hours may vary, so we recommend checking our Calendar page for the most up-to-date information.

Yes, there is ample free parking available right outside our venue at Studbrook Business Park.

Our main 5-storey play frame is designed for children aged 4 to 10. We also have a separate, dedicated area for toddlers and infants (aged 0-3) to ensure they can play safely and comfortably.

Booking & Entry

We highly recommend booking your soft play session in advance, especially during weekends and school holidays, to guarantee entry and avoid disappointment as we have a maximum capacity for safety. Walk-ins are welcome but are subject to availability.

Our standard soft play sessions are 90 minutes long. This allows us to manage capacity and ensure the play area remains clean and safe for all our guests.

Food & Drink

Absolutely. We take dietary needs very seriously. Our owner is gluten intolerant, so we have a deep understanding of the importance of safe food preparation. Please check our interactive menu for filters and speak to a member of our team when ordering, and our chefs will be happy to assist you.

With the exception of baby food/formula and water, we do not permit outside food and drink to be consumed on the premises. We have a comprehensive menu at our café and restaurant with a wide variety of options for the whole family.
